28-Day Return Window

  • You have up to 28 days from the original purchase date to return eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Easy Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 28 days of your purchase through our contact page or email - info@vestivogue.com  to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and item details.
  2. Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if available.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please ensure the package is adequately insured.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exclusions

  • Items on sale  are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange
  • Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer after 14 days, except in cases where the item(s) received are defective or incorrect.

Optional Partial Refund

  • Within the first 15 days of purchase, customers have the option to receive up to 50% of their money back and keep the item, without returning it.

No Returns After 28 Days

Items cannot be returned after 28 days from the original purchase date.
