28-Day Return Window
- You have up to 28 days from the original purchase date to return eligible items.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Easy Return Process
- Contact our customer service team within 28 days of your purchase through our contact page or email - info@vestivogue.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and item details.
- Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if available.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please ensure the package is adequately insured.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exclusions
- Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange
- Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange
- Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer after 14 days, except in cases where the item(s) received are defective or incorrect.
Optional Partial Refund
- Within the first 15 days of purchase, customers have the option to receive up to 50% of their money back and keep the item, without returning it.
No Returns After 28 Days
Items cannot be returned after 28 days from the original purchase date.
